Can't connect to Guild Wars

im unable to play GW atm, when i run guild wars it keeps hanging on 'Connecting to ArenaNet' it doesnt load, it stays at 0%. ive tried to reboot my pc but that didnt work. everything else related to internet works fine.

anyone knows a solution? i was able to play GW just fine a few hours ago

Start a system restore to a day or two days ago, thats how I got mine fixed.
