Is this kind of drop possible??

Inherent (non-insc/old school/Tyrian) 20/20 Wand or Inherent 20/20 Focus

By 20/20, I mean HCT/HRT

I've gotten a Cane that was

HCT 10% spells
HRT 10% spells

but have yet to see

HCT 20% Illusion Magic spells
HRT 20% Illusion Magic spells

Actually, through trades, through auctions, and through drops (I have been playing for years now), I have never seen a ***non-insc*** wand/rod/scepter that has an HCT/HRT value over 10% (over 10% would imply that the HCT/HRT applies specifically to the weapon/focus attribute)

I have seen staffs with 20/20 mods, but note that Wand Wrappings could not be applied in Prophecies, so they could be in a whole separate category.

***Wand Wrappings came along with Inscriptions

Does anyone know if these drops are even possible?
***Note, on wiki it says that not all Tyrian mods are available in inscriptions:
e.g. Damage+15% and Health regeneration -1

Is it possible that some inscriptions, such as these specific ones, are not transferrable to inherent mods? If you have seen a 20/20 inherent or have a screenshot, could you post it?

Yes. 20/20 Wands and Foci are possible.
But you have to be quite lucky that the attribute actually fits the item's attribute or at least shares the same class.

There was a 20/20 Protection Offhand in the High End section a few months ago. I think Pleikki sold it, but can't find the thread.

I have a 20/20 Wand with 3 different attributes. I know it's bad, but it should just show you that 20/20 Tyrian/Canthan Wands or Canes are possible.
They are just super rare and good skins with matching attributes will cost a fortune.

+15% Damage / -1 Health/ Energy-Regeneration are not available as inscription

The fun thing about Tyria is that a weapon like that will require three different professions to actually make use of it. WOO TYRIA

The weapons crafter in Vasburg Armory crafts 20/20 wands and offhands. Not a drop, I know, but easily accessible and non-inscribable

This is where I picked up my Necro's 20/20 Wand and 20/20 Offhand set for Curses. Well worth the mats + 10k crafting cost. Add to it that the skin is a Wailing Wand and a Bone Idol... kick ass!

I had a gold Fire Staff drop for me while doing a farming run outside of Bergen Hot Springs in HM on my Monk (Smiting Prayers vs. Undead FTW) that was req 9 (Fire Magic), 20% HSR (all spells), 19% HCT (Fire Magic). It's the best I've ever had drop for me from a kill, and it was part of a group of presents that I gave to my Wife last Wintersday after modding it with an Adept Staff Head (20% HCT Fire Magic) and a Staff Wrapping of Enchanting (20% longer enchantment duration).

I know about the crafters, and thank you But still, I've never seen a drop that is above 10%, it seems that all drops when considering Wands, NOT Staves, only drop with HCT/HRT for all spells (making the cap 10%), rather than let's say HCT Illusion spells 11%. Can anyone confirm this?
