I just read something stupid and figured I'd add it here.

1 person to claim a farming spot is nerfed after doing a VERY SMALL sample of runs.
4 people to back up his claims with similar results based on lack of understanding or SMALL sample runs of their own
5 players as listed above who feel every run should be a good run. If drops suck it's indicative of a nerf. 100% positive ZOMFGWTFBBQ IMRITE!
5 people to try and set the matter straight
another 5 pointing out the obvious (IT'S RANDOM)
another 5 who don't get the obvious
30 pages later - too much good/bad info mixed in together, end result is the people who had a clue in the first place still have a clue, the people whom had no clue whatsoever are left behind.

1 to tell you that you're an idiot for farming golds because you can make money faster other ways, and that you should spend your time more profitably and buy the golds with the proceeds.

Was I convincing? How about: People warned with threats of banning, yet for some compulsive reason finally cross the line and get banned. (No one person in mind, as we all sometimes push the limits for whatever weird reason.)
