NCsoft Support Site Maintenance - June 9, 2009

Hey everyone. Just wanted to give you a heads-up about some planned maintenance on our Customer Support website.

Our NCsoft Support site, which includes the "Ask a Question" form, will be unavailable for maintenance on June 9, 2009 starting at 12:00AM PDT. The estimated downtime is approximately one hour. In-game reports and email sent to support during the maintenance will be queued until work is complete.

We appreciate your patience during this period, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Hurray!, I reported this issue to NCSoft along time ago and it hadn't been fixed, at least now the Invisible Text isn't so invisible.

Might not effect a lot of you but for people who Submit Bugs Regularly it was a somewhat annoying problem considering the other text within the support website was also invisible.

Now it's up to ArenaNet to fix my Jade Quarry, Fort Aspenwood and General Bug's report, I bet the QA Testers are having fun with the bug's I submitted :-)
