Not sure where to put this. Questions!

Ok, I didn't want to put this in the price check section because I did not know if you could ask questions there. So here I am asking. I'v been gone for a while now, took a break from the game for over a year and I come back and see that the listed price of those candy corn tonics and elf tonics are one million gold and over? Is this a typo? If not then why are they so expensive?

Can you no longer get them during special events or what?

These are "everlasting" versions, which are permanent.
