WTB -1/+15% dmg Sword or Axe

I'm looking for one of those old school Tyrian or Canthan swords or axes that has an inherent dmg mod with -1hp degen and + % dmg. I don't care if its max or not. As long as I can get -2hp degen with it using a vamp mod I'll take it.
