Textmod: Can't modify my character's face (body skin) anymore?

So.. I've changed character faces so many times before. I always took my handsome Paragon's face and stuck it on my fugly Assassin's one.

I've lost those mods.


Now, for the past week, I have been trying to do the above; put my Paragon's face on my Assassin, and my Ritualist.
But nothing happens!
I can still change armors, hair, UI... And I can see those mods just fine if I load them. Except for the face!

What gives?
Using BMP format as usual.
