Books.

I have a problem with my books, Shiros return, Nightfalls, Heros hand book and those.

On my assasin i can for some reason talk to the guy and he fills up the book with pages of missions that i have completed.

but on my Ranger which is my main and have completed whole nightfall, tyria, cantha and eye of the north.He does not even fill up my Eotn book even tho it wasnt that long ago i completed it .What i think it is that i completed them long time ago? is that the reason? even tho its noto very long ago i completed EOTN with my ranger.

bcus my monk only gets the last few missions in nightfall filled in when i pay him, since i completed the first part long time ago.

If you did the missions before they introduced the books (Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall), you can't get them filled in. You will need to redo the mission with the book in you inventory, or redo the mission and go back to get it refilled.

It's rather buggy too. I bought Factions, Nightfall, and EOTN all in January of this year (well after all the books were released). I did a bunch of missions before I knew about the books. Later I went to the NPC that are supposed to fill in entries for 100g, and they missed quite a few of the missions I had actually done in those areas.
