PC on couple of interesting uninsc items

Need a pc on following items:

Celestial Scepter
Cold dmg: 11-22 (req 10 water)
Halves casting time of Divine Favor spells(Chance: 20%)
Halves skill recharge of Protection Prayers spells (Chance: 20%)

Fire Wand
Fire dmg: 11-22 (req 9 fire)
energy +5 while enchanted
Halves skill recharge of Fire Magic spells (Chance: 20%)

Shadow Blade
Slashing Damage: 15-22 (req 9 swordsmanship)
Energy +5

Crystalline Sword (purple)
Slashing Damage: 15-22 (req 11 swordsmanship)
Damage +13% while enchanted

I'm not good with uninscribables, but I just saw a celestial scepter similar to that sell for about 30k? It was a divine favor req, which would add some value. But it was also 19/19 divine/prot which would decrease value. Not sure.... keep in mind, though the req is only going to determine if you do max damage while wanding. I imagine it would be worth more than the other one I saw. At least 50k+?

I'd imagine it would be like max 30k but ty for opinion, more needed..

Celestial Scepter - Too bad its r10 water ;( --> 15-35k imo
Fire Wand - 5-10k
Shadow Blade - 10-15k
Crystalline - 25-40k
