PC on a random item mod

Not possible to get anymore but it has no value as nobody would buy this to gamble for a +30hp mod (as it could have been salvaged from a blue)

pc: 25g ; if you waste an identification use: 26-50g, more likely on the lower end

its a collectors item

you cant just salvage blue items nomore, they have to be id'd first i believe (but i could be wrong)

its worth 5-10k IMO to a collector.

its not paticularly old as i can remember salvaging blues myself pre ID, but its still a nerf'd item.

and that staff wrap is uber rare, first one that ive ever seen

id say it was rarer than kanaxai tbh
