Error=227, Has my account been kidnapped!?

I tried to log into my guild wars acconut today and it wouldn't let me and said it was error=227. I tried changing my password but it dosn't recognise my login name, even though it has been rememberd since i started playing the game and it has always worked! I have e-mailed the support people and hopefuly i will get my account back. However i would like to know what it behind this problem, it is highly unlikely i have been hacked as i am epically careful with my information. Could it possibly be a problem with Guild Wars itself, could it have just forgotten me?

Did you download any programs lately, there might have been a keylogger.

According To Wiki:

"We don't recognize your account information. Please try again."

Make sure you entered your account information correctly. Check to make sure you registered an account with that name/address.

check if you have capslock on
