Nice rarity, not often see such a good one. I can see this going somewhere in 15-25e range. Quite useful mod combination as physical is a very common damage class.
I agree more with Stuey on this, but I would go 25k-40k because 90% of the time, if you need extra armor or hit points, you switch to a shield set. But there may be collectors willing to pay decent money for it....
