Looking for Active, High-End American Guild/Alliance

Hey there, I'm FengShuiDove (prefer the in-game and Vent handle Dove), and I'm once again looking for a home guild, one that really suits me.

What I Offer:

-Someone who knows most areas extremely well and has an encyclopedic knowledge of skills.
-Someone who has done nearly everything in the game (the only thing I haven't finished is DoA) multiple times.
-A guild member who is supportive and active, and friendly to guild/alliance mates.
-I have one character of every profession at level 20 with the ability to run most bars you would ever need. I have my preferences just like anyone, but I'm willing to run pretty much anything if it means I can do things with a fun group.
-I've got 20 max titles and am over halfway through both Elona and Tyria Vanquisher (and therefore Cartographer). Titles aren't an indication of skill to me, but hopefully it shows that I've been around plenty and is a quick-glance display of my experience.
-A loyal member that will stick with the guild as long as it doesn't fall apart and it offers me what I want.

What I'm Looking for in a Guild:

-Plenty of American members so that matching up play times is easier than with Euro folks.
-High-end content. I've desperately been wanting to repeat some of the high-end areas and would love to do them all more often.
-I love teaching new people how to play and answering questions, but I don't want to feel like I'm a school teacher. The guild/alliance should have plenty of experienced players, not just a few leaders and countless newbies.
-Kurzick. Even better would be Kurzick with a Luxon tie-in so that once I max my Kurzick (which is probably still a ways off) I can go Luxon side and play with the same people.
-No raging, elitism, or arguing. I understand that sometimes people disagree, but leaving an instance, being a general jerk, or fighting pointlessly is not something I like to see in-game.
-Activity. At one point I joined YaRR just so I could see GC and AC active. I hated it because they didn't have any decent players, but it was better than seeing gray guild rosters and friend lists all day long.
-Ventrilo is nice but not necessary. I've had lots of fun times in Vent, and it helps with coordination as well as getting to know guildmates/teammates better.
-Some casual GvG/HA has been fun in [YoHo], and it'd be nice to have a break from PvE every now and then.

I hope I don't sound too picky, but I'm tired of joining guilds and leaving because they don't work out for me. I'm very willing to stay in a guild if it can provide me with the Guild Wars experience that I've had before in guilds that have sadly fallen apart.

One final note, my girlfriend (Vague_Twilight on Guru and Areiya Fatalis in-game) and I play together often, and I'd love to have her in the guild with me. She doesn't have the character diversity that I do or some of the knowledge I do, but she's just as experienced and is a good player as well.
