Is there any difference between heros that cost 3000 balthazar Faction and 6000 faction? Ty

Nope. Some are just available(in PvE) at a later point in the games then others, hence the greater cost in Balth faction to unlock.

I only unlock heroes through normal game (no baltazar). But all heroes of the same class perform the same thing when they have the same build and the same weapon and armor (I can make Olias or Livia or Master of Whisper MM and do the same thing.)

Same thing with Dunkoro, Ogden and Talkora, etc.

Just remember, you only unlock those heroes for PvP, not for PvE, to unlock heroes for PvE you must progress through the game normally.

Check wiki to see what unlocking that hero will unlock which skills that go with that hero. Otherwise 1 monk hero is the same as another monk hero. You can adjust their skills any way you want and create their equipment any way you want.
