Looking for friendly laid back guild

I don't have much experience with PvP but I am trying to learn and need a guild that can help teach me the ropes. Ive been playing for almost 2 years but only did PvE which is starting to get old. I am glad to help people at any time. I am looking for a medium sized guild preferably Luxon that will patiently teach me some PvP. My favorite classes are assassin and ranger.
