ISO adult-only/friendly/end-game guild or alliance

Folks,

* I'm in my 30s. Job, wife, kids, etc.
* Have played at least 4 other MMOs in the last 3 years or so.
* Have capped many toons on all those games and I enjoy the end-game challenge.
* Definitely not a power-gamer.
* Can only play 2-3hrs/night.
* Have decent gaming rig.
* I like having fun and RPGing (D&D lore is my fav).
* Would like to try character permadeath as well.
