It appears from the updates that the May rewards were handed out last week. As it stands, my prediction dashboard says it is locked, and I haven't made any predictions this month.
There is less than two weeks before the next tournament. Is there a reason this is happening? Anyone else have this? Time to contact tech support?

The reward points have NOT come out yet due to Xunlai Houses' remodeling phase. Regina posted this on these forums last week and said that they were to come in this thursday.

I did manage to see some threads about it, but thanks for the response. I usually assume that when the tonic is updated the rewards are out.
I am out of town on business, and got delayed an extra week. Otherwise I would've been up to date on all this sooner.

Well they gave them already but the thing is buggy, lots of people didn't get reward points, including myself. Better cross your fingers Boneyard.

If I made predictions, however, forgot to 'register' with Tolkano before rewards were handed out, should I still get the rewards anyway? IE: Talking to the Agent doesn't give any reward points, is this by design or no?

Being a software engineer myself, this sounds really bad. New code royally f'd up the system and everyone's standing there with their pants around their ankles, wondering how they got that deep into trouble. My impression of this whole XTH revamp debacle is that Anet has their best minds focused on GW2 while the new hires get their feet wet with the XTH.

Hello, As you are aware, the distribution of May Xunlai Tournament Points took place on June 18th. Unfortunately, a problem developed during the distribution. Many players received their points, but some players appear to have received the incorrect number of points, and others did not receive any points at all, even though they did make predictions. The dev team is currently reviewing the situation in order to determine the best means to correct the problem. The team will be need a few days to settle on and implement a resolution. New code royally f'd up the system and everyone's standing there with their pants around their ankles, wondering how they got that deep into trouble. What I think would be nice if if there was a place to go look at the monthly results. I just assume I am getting the right points. But since my predictions aren't recorded, and the results are hard to come by, I never am able to compute the points correctly.
I heard that Tolkano has a chart one can read, but I never seem to be able to decipher it.

I think anet should grant additional points to everyone who had to deal with this issue. A way of saying "Sorry for the trouble" and no, I will not benefit in any way from this as I have never participated in the predictions. I just think a few extra points would make folks happy since they had to wait so long.

I've only been doing MAT predictions for four months, and this is the second time this has happened to me.
