Graphic card lag or internet lag

Hi all any help would do because this problem drives me nuts,
when playing GW my Characterwill start running in circle's or just runs around and i cant stop them from doing it the only way i can is get them to interact with someone or get in to a fight

well if ive had similar stuff happen to me..what i did is hit the A and D keys rapidly and it would stop.

you have a button pressed down? else just tap once a or d wichever way the circle is

if all else fails press escape key, that should cancel any current action

Is it spinning in circles, or running in actual circles?
