Key word being constructive.
I've been toying around with this build, and I wanted opinions on how to improve. It is basically a physical-heavy, swiss-army version of necroway builds to fit a SoH smiter in there.

My main concerns lay in the Necro heroes, namely how well combining the MM/Rit heal combo would work in real time...
...and if the first heroes bar is way -too- compressed. Ideally, Enfeebled Blood and Weaken Armor would be disabled and microed to prevent too much time being spend with the skills.
SHOULD be noted that that is only rough guidelines. A lot of the less key skills are optional, and I'd usually swap them as need be
Oh, and I don't typically bring rezes in PvE.

Get rid of Empathic Removal in build 1 put in a good hex remover
the second hero just doesnt mix... its best to go with a total MM such as death nova, jagged bones, etc.
the last one sounds really good.. ill have to try it for myself too
your heroes seem defensive only... i always go with a rit healer, MM, and vekk as nuker
in areas where fire isnt good... i go with shatterstone/deep freeze nuker for vekk... or get out SS hero

I usually go defensive with my heroes, because Henchmen suck even worse being defensive. Besides, the idea to support and buff physicals (you and henchies), so you do the damage, not heroes.
Also, empathic removal -does- remove hexes. Expel Hexes is also listed as an option, if need be.

What I normally do is use the 2 hench monks and my rit healer. Then the other 2 hench is Herta and the interrupt hench.
Vekk, Me, and minions do all the damage while herta uses wards and sandstorm... and we have 3 healers to back us up at all times

There are plenty better hex-or-condition remove elites than ER.

but the recharge is 8 seconds which is terrible imo for only 2 things
PnH is better imo.

The recharge on [peace and harmony] is 12 seconds, so recharge isn't your best argument. Aside from the fact that it's keyed to Divine Favor, and thus useless on a primary Necro.
My advice to the OP: just find another elite entirely and forget about con and hex removal. You already have the most versatile con-removal skill in the whole game with [foul feast], and hexes are usually not a serious problem in PvE. If you're already putting that much into Blood, go with something like [order of the vampire] instead.
