Shouldn't there be an update today?

You know you could avoid those pitchforks and torches if you just give us a heads up a little earlier in the day. But thx for the update. I guess better late then never.

Regina, I luv ya to death, but I have to say, in all things, its better to tell people you are going to be late before your are late. People like to have expectations and when you can change those expectations, they will be upset for sure, but less upset then when they have no idea what to expect.

Its true in all aspects of life, business, relationships, and especially community relations. Just try to keep us as informed as you can and preferrable as timely as possible. People understand delays, for the most part. What they don't understand is missed deadlines without explanation. I'm not saying they will be happy, just less upset.
