Never did the predictions before. Just started looking into them and was already to late for may/june. Will be doing the predictions for july if I can actually enter them on time (whenever that is

i noticed something interesting when i was doing my predictions which could be why some people with multiple accounts arent getting them. if you try to do all the predictions at once with different accounts in tabbed internet browsers it only saves on one account. luckily i noticed and did mine individually, OP ask your friends if they did predicts tabbed. and to all the people with multiple accounts who only got points on 1 account, do you do predictions tabbed? if so, try doing them all separatly next time.

How can anet tell if different accounts are owned by the same person? All are registered with different email addresses, it makes no sense that somehow owners of multiple accounts were singled out to miss out on points.
BTW, stop screwing with XTH and give out points. It worked for a year just fine, got an 'overhaul' and is now bugged. Rollback XTH and give everyone 100 free points for the headache. Umm, please.

The survey questions are problematic: Who cares if we make XTH predictions on multiple accounts? ArenaNet doesn't know we're the same person. A more interesting question would be whether problems are produced by multiple accounts linked to the SAME NCSoft master account all making XTH predictions. Maybe that's what you meant, but I bet 90% of the people responding here didn't take that into consideration.

One of my accounts got 30 points (which wasn't the right amount) and my other two did not receive points. All of my three accounts are linked to the same ncsoft master acct.
My boyfriend received 130 on his main account, and none on his second account. And both of his accounts are linked to the same ncsoft master acct.
But it just doesn't make sense to me that linking them to the same master acct is the cause, because a lot of people with only one account also did not receive their points.

the rewards seem rather low dont they? i usually guess with a lot of randomness, and get like 60-80 pts, now i got 50-30 pts on my accounts. i guess i should look back at xth and review pts myself.

Actually, screening for multiple consecutive logons to XTH or the game client from the same IP address is relatively simple.
Because expecting all your accounts to have equal access to all aspects of the game is cheating the system.... next they'll be telling me my 2nd account can't enter UW in a duo with my 1st account..
To those noticing lower points, consider this. In the old XTH system, the first page was the highest placed teams/players in the last MAT. This increased your chances of picking good choices from the initial list massively, especially in regards to 1vs1.
