No pressie ...?

recently my mesmer hit the 12 months.. i have been waiting for my first birthday present on this character, but unfortunately... 13 months now and no present
FYI: i havent been banned from the GW game during that time, or anytime whatsoever.

anyone has the same problem?

Is there an open spot in your inventory?

Post the results of the /age command as well, if you don't mind.

my sin has reached his second birthday in april and in about a week or less will be at 26 months and he hasnt gotten his second year birthday either and yes ive already talked to anet via phone and email and response was they have no control over that, its automatic nuthin they can do

Your inventory wasn't full was it? My original 4 Prophicies guys just turned 3 years old and never missed one present every year they got them, same goes for my other guys everyone has gotten a present on time, iv'e even seen one just pop up in my inventory once, lol.

Actually, could you be confusing your mesmers age with your account age? Say your account turned 1 months but you made your mesmer roughly a year ago, maybe one month after your account was made. Just a possiblity, I don't know how long you may have played. Post the /age if you can.

ok i realize that some ppl just dont know that about inventory space but seriously i wouldnt have posted or stated that i contacted anet on it if i had had full inventory. all i know is that his birthday was like 1 or 2 days after the big april update not that i would ever think that an update would ever mess something like that up. My main reason for even posting to begin with was to let this person know how anet stood on the situation

Considering the update brought skills that crash the game client and kick players from the instances...I wouldn't be surprised if you not getting the present had a lot to do with it.
