tourney house problem

Is anyone else having the problem that when you go to do the June tourney picks it is saying that your picks are allready locked in and can't make the picks?

the 'new and improved XTH' is seriously borked right now. Most people aren't getting their May zkeys, and June is locked up. Noone knows what's going on and if it can be fixed.

Idk why they even made a new xth, it sucks, with no real significance.

well we still got time hopefully by the end of the week they will have it straightened out

What was the point of the XTH update? I thought it was perfectly easy and fine the way it was. So what exactly where they trying to accomplish (but failed miserably at)?

i think the're just laughing with our Q.Q, since points still didn't arrive and they told us about 5 times '' yeah they'll come wait a week/day''

If you bothered reading the sticky, you would've known the points are already in. There are just some problems...

XTH needs a rollback to the old version

They already postponed the TRP for a week because their new system failed, now on June 20th, they still didn't fix it and they're screwing up the next Tournament as we speak.
Who was the genius who called the new Xunlai house "IMPROVED" in the first place? When i saw the skill update i thought ANet finally managed to actually make good updates, looks like i was wrong... June Update = epic fail

I didn't get any points (only 1 account), and even if I wanted to make June predictions I can't because when I log into xth my May predictions are still locked in..... I have heard that's happened to others as well. With the seemingly large number of ppl this has happened to, couldn't they just re-issue points since the predictions are still locked they'd know who was supposed to get what?

Another thing that has always puzzled me about this and maybe a software person can answer this, how is it possible that when people have multiple accounts and make the same predictions on all that they get different amount of keys on each account? Is it just a monkey with a banana and a roulette wheel spinning to see who gets what?

the op is talking about putting next months picks in seeing the tourney isnt that far away and the site is still locked from last months mess some of us like to get picks in early instead of last minute like most
