WTB Dragon Staff, Divine Symbol, r6-9 tac shields +

Hi, I'm looking for the following in any color (blue, purple, gold):

A req 8-10 Air, Fire, Water, or Prot Dragon Staff with good mods. I'm not sure if they're only non-inscribable.

A req 8-9 Divine Symbol (cup skin) inscribable.

Inscribabble shields of these types:
req 6 tactics 14 armor: any skin, got a conch, need a few more
req 7 tactics 15 armor: any skin
req 8 tactics 16 armor: any skin
req 9 tactics 16 armor: Amethyst, Celestial, Exalted

Also looking the following mods:
+30 health - 4k
