Ok so I have a problem. I recently brought the GW: NF soundtrack from them, but I never received the rights to listen to it and they charged me twice. I've tried contacting them through email which no longer seems to work and I made a trouble ticket which no one has ever responded to. Is DS dead?

Any help would be appreciated.
