Skills - Signet of Spirit (elite) , Destruction, Ancestor's rage, Deaths charge, boon of creation, explosive growth, swap, ruptured soul

attributes- spawning powers 11+2, channeling 12+1+1, rest into shadow arts

equips- radiant armor and some kind of energy staff

tactics- lay down destruction, wait for recharge, cast boon and explosive, deaths charge follow by SoS, swap destruction and then cast ancestor's rage on spirit of destruction, finish of wiith ruptured soul on destruction.

PVE build

Purpose- bomb bunched up monsters =P

so tell me what you guys think about it, feedback, varients, if you could, plz test it

PS- wouldn't it be better if signet of spirit goes in the spawning power category instead of channeling?

Signet of Spirit is overpowered as it is and is good where it currently is, in Spawning Power.

The build itself looks chaotic in my opinion, or I have failed to understand the purpose.

Your build is focused around dealing damage by creating and destroying minions. That's your problem right there.

Explosive growth is a waste of a skill slot. Rupture Soul is better, but only because of AoE blind. Both are affected by AR so damage is meh at best. On top of that your only two summons have 15- and 20 second recharges.

If you want to keep the creation and destruction idea, you be better off going the party support route. Spirit's Gift, Feast of Souls and Spirit to Flesh are all viable. You could drop the /A to spec into inspiration for Mantra of Inscriptions, or into communing for Union and Armor of Unfeeling.

Party support is boring. I'd rather cause the destruction myself.

(seriously, I hate, hate, hate playing support.)

This is what I've been playing with right now:

[Signet of Spirits][Vampirism][Pain][Armor of Unfeeling][Essence Strike][Explosive Growth][Boon of Creation][Death's Charge]

Shadow-stepping in and setting off a mini-nuke with SoS is fun. I may play around with fitting Rupture Soul in there somewhere, to take advantage of SoS having a (for something that summons a spirit) quick recharge, especially as with having EG on, I recast spirits as soon as they recharge anyway. Boon of Creation with SoS provides for godly e-management, and there's always Essence Strike for some added damage and e-management. I'm considering replacing Pain and ES with Destruction and Rupture Soul, though, for some added fun and damage flying everywhere.

Far more fun than party support, in my opinion.

Far more fun than party support, in my opinion. That looks boring as hell. Besides using Essense Strike every 8 seconds, and SoS every 20, what are you doing besides watching Spirits cause numbers over enemy heads? It's a completely uninteractive and brain-dead build.

Now, granted, I really, really enjoy playing support, and it's mostly because I'm always doing something. Whether it's a spot heal, trying to get an optimal Ancestor's Rage, Splintering, I'm chain-casting throughout the entire fight, Siphoning when I need the energy. It's engaging, exciting, and brings alot more to the party than paltry damage.

And I can't agree. If I wanted to play support, I'd go play my Monk. Which I rarely do because I simply cannot find that sort of thing enjoyable in the least. My heroes and henchmen can provide support. I'd rather cause things to explode in whatever manner sounds fun at that moment. And pulling off point-blank AoEs I find quite effective, not to mention incredibly entertaining.

Though to be fair, I am trying to find something to replace ES. Problem is, Rit spells tend to have very long cast times, long recharges, or both.
