It needs to be STRENGTH

It needs to be 16 ARMOR

It needs to be INSCRIBABLE (if it has the mod luck of the draw 4 or 5 and 20% then inscription slot not needed)

Those are MUST HAVES!

ANY Req works for me.R13 is just as good as R9 as far as I'm concerned.
