Gw website problem?

Ok every time i go on eu.guildwars.com(guildwars.com works fine) this message appears on a blank web page: Database Error: Unable to connect to your database. Your database appears to be turned off or the database connection settings in your config file are not correct. Please contact your hosting provider if the problem persists.

Is anyone else having the same problem or is it just me?

not just you the site is down

European one seems down indeed. But almost everything on there you can find on the American site as well
