PC Smiting Magmas Shield?!?

I got a gold Magmas Shield with r13 and +1 Smiting Prayers 20%
no incription and can't apply mods.

Is this normal? a shield with +1 attribute to other class?

yes it is normal...and since its uninsc i would just merchant it

if it had +30Hp and +1 Smiting Prayers then U would get 100e++ for it. otherwise it's worthless.
