Dredge Incisors?

Hi I am having a big problem with Dredge Incisors dropping. Well I need this -2/+45 stance shield I need for Underworld Solo. I killed 60+ dredges in normal mode and did not receive a dredge incisor with 7 H/H. Anyone have any ideas where they can be found at? i was doing outside Aspenwood Gate.

Ferndale. Just keep killing all the dredges in Ferndale. It won't take long as long as you're patient.

Problem isn't so much where you were farming them, but how. Taking 7 heroes and hench with you means that the item you want may drop, but be reserved for a hero or hench. Take the fewest number of other players as you can to survive and still kill. Solo is best, but duo can be done for several classes. As a collectible item, the Dredge Incisor won't be affected by loot scaling, so going with less than 8 will still yield the same drop rate for them.

If you're looking for the r9 strength shield, just ask in Aspenwood gate (Euro/German dis most likely) if anyone has a spare Arrahhsh's Aegis. All the MQSC Yeti teams probably have a handful of these taking up space in their inventory. If you don't seem to get any, I got one kicking around for you.

Unofficial wiki explicitly says ordinary collectable drops ARE affected by loot scaling. Official wiki does not say one way or the other. Is there definitive evidence somewhere to answer this?

A good rule of thumb is that the unofficial wiki is almost always right. I recall there are far fewer active contributors in comparison to the official wiki, and so some changes lag behind the official wiki after updates, and some pages unfortunately get left behind.

Unless something looks horribly wrong on the unofficial wiki, it's probably right.

When loot scaling was introduced, that list was specifically given as to what was exempt from the loot scaling coding. Collector items/totems/trophies as you can see, are not on the list.

You could try farming for Truffles and then see Dredge Incisors drop instead. Worked for me . Seriously though, I think the drop rate is just set really low on these. Just a matter of grind.

If only there was a trader offering a Dredge Incisor for every 100 Warden Horns...

I go by personal experience. For instance, I farmed undead with my 55 Monk for Decayed Orr Emblems. I saw VERY few white/blue items drop, but an ordinary amount of purples and golds, and what I consider an ordinary amount of Emblems. Maybe my idea of what is a normal amount of collector drops is off, but I saw no change from before loot scaling was introduced.

Now to avoid an argument over loot scaling, did you consider other collectors? There are at least 2 others that offer the exact same shield (skin is different, but stats are the same) and a couple that offer one with +45 in stance but no inscription. Would just need to add the inscription for the -2 in stance. Weaver Legs would be the easiest to acquire (but that has no inscription) and Diamond Djinn Essences would give you identical stats. Also there are Tactics versions that are extremely easy to get in Factions.
