PC on celestial staff (x2)

Hi, I'm really new here, and still pretty new to guild wars in general.

I found a couple of gold celestial staves in Factions and I was hoping I could get a price check on them.


The first staff:

Insightful Celestial Staff of Warding
Halves skill recharge of spells (19%)
Energy +10
Fire Damage 11-21 (requires 9 Divine Favour)
Halves casting time of spells (9%)
Energy +5
Armour +7 (vs Elemental damage)


The second staff:

Insightful Celestial Staff of Defense
Halves skill recharge of spells (19%)
Energy +10
Chaos Damage 11-21 (requires 9 Divine Favour)
Halves casting time of spells (9%)
Energy +5
Armour +5
