Oh man. Energy +5 is worth a lot on expert salvage, and there' s no second mod, so one would probably get it.

No idea who'd play with a weapon of that low damage to get the casting speed/recharge time mods.

So the lower bound on price is probably the price of an Insightful +5 staff head. See the sticky for that.
