WTB +1Healing 20% Shield

I'm looking for a shield with +1 Healing(19% or 20%)
Any skin is fine
either req8 tactics with +44/45hp in stance must be max
or
any req strength with +29/30hp can be 15al, max preffered

also a strength one with +1 water magic would be cool. but that's not high on my list of wants and desires.

i know these exist...bump plz
price really isn't a huge issue but I'm not going to pay ridiculous amounts especially if the mods aren't perfect.
