Can't access the Guild Wars NCSoft store

Forgive me if this the wrong place to post this or if there is a thread on this topic already (because I couldn't find one).

This may sound crazy but I can't access the free storage because I can't find a link that gets me to the page where I can push the "buy now" button.

When I go into the loggin area of the game, there is a link under "Claim your free storage" and after following that link, I see a set of instructions and a series of pictures.

Well, I can't seem to find the link that looks like the first picture, let alone the rest. I press the link in instruction number 1 and it takes me to the NCSoft Guild Wars section and below it just lists a set of retailers.

I have pressed on every related link on that page and nothing brings me closer to anything that appears like those pictures next to the instructions.

I went into the online store via my account (the one above the character selection) and get a different looking store than the one in those pictures. My NCSoft store via my account doesn't have an option to "buy now" and when I follow up on purchasing a storage pane, it asks for my visa info. There is no spot where I can type in the coupon "free storage."

I just signed up for an NCSoft account for each of my accounts and now I am ready to get my storage panes. However, all links take me around in circles. It is getting close to the deadline, so if anyone could provide me with a clue as to why I cannot access the actual store that I see there in those pictures, please let me know.

If you scroll down on the link in the first section like you claim you did... you would eventually get to this...

You won't find those exact pictures, you have to press "buy now" on the guildwars storage pane box. Press buy now again, and enter your code, you don't have to know the pics, just read the insctructions :P

This is ringing bells, but I can't check previous posts as search is disabled at the moment. But I remember people in Asia and a few other places having this happen to them. Just a list of retailers showing. I can't remember the outcome because as I said, search is down for the moment. :/

Where abouts are you located? As I *think* this is matters.

I'd strongly suggest you contact NCSoft ASAP if you haven't already as like you said, the deadline is ticking closer.

Yes, I am in Asia. That must be the problem. I guess I will have to contact Support because there is absolutely no "buy now" option available at the link.
