HCT fire 19% inherent
19% hsr all inherent

I know R12 hurts the value and so do the 1 off max inherent mods but this is honest to god the first non-insc staff I've had that dropped with a HCT inherent that matched it's req(usually it's from another prof, 10% hct or -20% poison or something else stupid).... Not sure how mathematically significant 19% is in relation to 20% as far as GW mechanics are concerned but just wondering if I should try and sell this or just use it myself.

Epic bo staff, too bad it's 19/19. Still 15-20k imo. I would also use it myself haha.
