Faction from Arborstone.

This is my first character to get into factions beyond Vizunah Square.

I've completed Arborstone with Masters, so I've got 3000 Kurzick faction just sitting here, ready to be spent (+2500 from zquest when I take it...). But the upcoming mission is Luxon, and if I complete that, I'll be wasting 3k faction either way. My guild is Luxon. What do I do? Looking at the location of the beaurocrats on wiki, it doesn't seem like I can get to one without completing Sunjiang district anyway...

Also, generally is it better to spend faction on amber/jade or scrolls?

O/T: Yay for double elite weekend, I knew it was coming! 90 captures to get to Legendary...

Edit: I think I figured out something. I can send a PvP character to JQ That leaves 560 unused faction points if I buy a chunk of mineral...

You can always drop out to join a Kurz guild, make use of the Guild Hall NPCs, and then return to your current guild.

I wouldn't worry about it though, 5k is not a whole lot. Use your Luxon Faction and wipe your Kurzick.
