I have been able to sell r9 Ghostlys for 15k, sold an r9 air just the other day. Those were inscribable though, looking at your pic again it looks uninscribable. You may want another opinion.

split mods, hct is for death, req is curses. i'd say its hero or merchfood

if theres a popular cookie build out there using both curses and death magic id say you could get 50-100k

but off the top of my head i cant think of one, i know discordway uses very little curses and wouldnt hit the req9.

so unless you find someone which uses a curses/death build it will be very very hard to sell/worthless
