Looking for casual PvP guild (HA + GvG mostly)

Hiya all. I recently got back into Guild Wars 2 weeks ago after a long hiatus. I used to play all the time (1500+ hours before I quit) when it was just Prophecies. Specifically, I played from the day it came out until about a week after Factions. I have every campaign except EOTN. I may buy it if becomes a problem with PvPing, but so far just the 3 campaigns have been good.

Looking for:
-Casual & relaxed guild yet determined and competitive.
-Intermediate players at least. I'm not the best player in the world and I don't expect anyone to be, but everyone should have a general grasp of their role and basic game mechanics.
-Rating/ranking doesn't matter.
-GvG/HA REGULARLY. HA is a MUST MUST MUST.

What I am:
-Competitive & determined, but very relaxed and casual - especially about mistakes. We all make them.
-Acceptive of criticism. I take all input into consideration.
-I listen very well.
-455k faction earned, a lot of builds unlocked
-I'm better at Necros (Toxic Chill <3), Warriors, Eles and Mesmers.
-My favorite build is spike, but I enjoy all types.
-Rank 5 (845 fame)

My play time is any day until about 11:30PM central time. No exceptions. I get 60 FPS constantly and never disconnect unless it's a server fault. I'm 17 and... well, guess that's all you need to know.

Oh and I have Vent/TS, but no mic.
