Slashing Dmg: 15-22 (Requires 9 Swordmanship)
Lenghtens Deep Wound duration on foes with 33% (Stacking)
Inscription: "I have the Power!"
Energy +5
Enchantments last 20% longer
I would like to have an idea about its value
