PC on Scythe of the Kinslayer

I was trying for 30k and everyone seems to think that's too high /shrugs
Stats:
Slashing damage: 9-41 (Requires 9 Scythe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Life stealing: 5
Health regeneration -1
Enchantments last 20% longer
Two-handed

I tried to sell mine for 2-3 weeks with around 20-30k price before i gave up and sold it for 10k (took ~15mins).
