"Tahkayun's Pincers""Cho Wei's Axe""Halo Axe"

I was playing factions today and aquired three things I need a price check on.

"Tahkayun's Pincers" - Green
Piercing Damage: 5-10 Required 5 Dagger Mastery
Damage +10% while health is above 50%
Armor Penetration +10% (Chance 10%)
Dagger Mastery +1 (20% chance while using skills)

"Cho Wei's Axe" - Green
Slashing Damage: 6-15 Required 5 Axe Mastery
Damage +10% while health above 50%
Double Adrenaline Gain (chance 10%)
Axe Mastery +1 (20% chance while using skills)

"Halo Axe" - Purple
Slashing Damage: 6-13 Required 6 Axe Mastery
Damage +18% (while health below 50%)

And by the way, as a general rule, how much are the different colored weapons worth? (Purple, Gold, Green, etc.)
