Also the area just north of D'alessio seaboard is where i go , easy to solo and decent drop rate even in NM

I prefer just outside of LA. If you go northeast, there's a large selection of very low-level tengus which have over a 40% drop rate of a Scalp, which gives you three feathers, and a 20% chance of dropping 5-8 feathers.

Not bad odds for a few level 13's.

La, perma degen is good. Stay away from imps, dont get close enough, so rad field is bad for fighting them.

Outside Sietung harbor, any pbaoe build can blow thru the route and get 300+ an hour
