We're mostly an American Alliance. However, we do have several European and Australian Members, so there's almost always someone active.
Things we do:
Dungeons, FoW, Urgoz, DoA(working on it, not perfect yet), UWSC, DSC, MQSC(we have an empty Luxon Guild for dumping faction). Daily Z-quests, Vanquishes, HM Missions, AB, FA, JQ, and Farm Farm Farm.
We also host a monthly Alliance Lottery.
What we're looking for:
Active players, who aren't shy about popping off in alliance chat when there's something they want to do. Who cares if you're r0, want to HA? Let's go!
Fun, friendly and willing to teach as well as learn.
