EotN account question

Hi all

I just recently purchased the GW Trilogy off steam. My account shows a Retail key added and everything works fine (looking at the ncsoft account management screen).

In the past week I decided to grab the Eye of the North addon... i purchased my key and added it to my account, my question is should the account management screen say anything about it? I just see 2 Retail serial codes listed and as I'm not very far into the game as yet I kinda can't tell if I have EotN or not!?

Anything I can do to be sure its all worked?

Once you get to the places where you'll advance to EotN, a message will pop up in the game; you need to either be in Lion's Arch, Kaineng, or Kamadan (and you have to be level 10) to get the message.

ah ok so nothing will be on my account management screen to indicate i have the expansion? i just have to lvl up and see what happens? lol

Wait; you said you have two codes listed; is one of those codes not for GWEN?

Once you log into GW, click "Edit Account" in the bottom left-hand corner. Then click on "Manage Access Keys"; Guild Wars Eye of the North should be listed at the bottom if you have added it to your account.

If it isn't showing up, then you need to contact support @ help.ncsoft.com.

So what you're asking is "how to get into eotn"?

EotN is showing, the Trilogy is 1 key, EotN is the other iirc

@Zzes Tyan... i just expected it would show something apart from "Retail and Retail"... under the serial codes used on this account part of the account management site
