Does anyone else get this scene when they enter the Store?

Hi,

Does anyone else get this scene when they try to go for their Free Storage Pane?

This is where this link takes me.

"1. Go to the Guild Wars section of the NCsoft Store, select Xunlai Storage Pane and click on the Buy Now button."

When I click on the link I just get sent to the above.

I have contacted support and have been working on this for a few days now.

In the first message they sent they asked for all of my key codes for all of my accounts. I have 6 full accounts and 1 storage account, so getting those organized took a while. Then they helped me figure out how to get one account hooked up to the NCsoft Master account. I don't know if the others are hooked up to that one or not. I don't even know how to find that out.

I reminded them of the first issue (the picture above) and there has been no comment on that.

They sent me a message that tells me their hours of operation in GM time (between 9am and 6 pm), since I am dealing through European NCsoft support, and that is all that they have said. So I looked at the time and it said that it was 2:45pm in GM time.

Does anyone know what is going on?

This is the 6th day that I have spent hours of time trying to access my free storage pain and I just don't get why this has to be so hard. I thought that when I started a few days ago, I had plenty of time.

I get the whole thing when entering through Europe PlayNC, including the pane purchase choice.

Well, your link just brings me to the above pic I supplied.

I had heard that it was a problem they were having from people living in Asia. In the city I live in, which is Taipei, at least three other people are experiencing the same problem.

One friend of mine told me that she was having this problem, and just a couple hours ago, she told me that she received the same email response as I did to her question in support. That makes me feel a bit better somehow. I was beginning to think that they just didn't like me because I pestered them too much.

Another friend just gave me his theory on the situation (make note that it is just a theory). He thinks that the server connecting to Taiwan, which gets orders such as this one, is blocked somehow and they still have to work it out. Thus can't really give us an answer right now.

I have not yet contacted my friends in Japan who play GWs, but since they just had a new baby, I won't not bother them with a GWs question right now.

So it does seem that I am not the only one experiencing this problem. If anyone else here in Asia is having this problem, at least you know that you are not the only one too.

Thanks, I was a bit excited there for a moment. However, this one takes me to 'Features' where I can buy City of Heroes (a game a friend of mine plays and says is good, btw).
