Celestial Phoenix [CP] alliance is a PvE based alliance with no requirement on faction, we currently have 1 spot open in the Alliance with a few applicants already.
Our alliance cover all aspects of PvE and we have been around since the start of 2009, we are a friendly, mature group of guilds.
We are mainly American but have some European members in our alliance, so there is activity within the alliance most of the time.
