perma ebon points farming?

Where can I go farm for ebon points with my perma. And please be detailed. Thanks. Im currently using perma silver form.

Firstly, you don't have to run one build throughout the whole game, so mentioning that you're currently running perma sliver form adds nothing to your request.
Secondly, vanquishing Sacnoth Valley repeatedly with the bounty gives a nice assortment of Ebon Vanguard points, as does doing Hard Mode hero handbooks. If you were to vanquish, just bring some anti-caster skills (as there are a lot of casters & caster groups of Charr) and not so much elemental damage. I would also suggest skills like Frozen Soil, so the enemy groups containing 3 hard-resurrectors can be easily overcome :P

Anywhere that does not have Charr rangers they will kill you with AOE. Sacnoth Valley may be best choice in hard-mode you could beat on grawl. Probably could zone in and out of Rragar's Menagerie and hope for some good drops. Do not get too close to the spirits since the rits have rupture spirit

Problem I had with charr ranger were ignite arrows and it does aoe dmg to my perma. What if I use a 55.

Try getting cof runs.
takes an hour, but the run pays for itself

You can run "Against the Charr" and "The Curse of the Nornbear" as a Perma sin and if ur good u can also run "G.O.L.E.M".
A 55hp monk can run "A Time for Heros".
So you can get yourself a monk and run "Against the Charr" and "The Curse of the Nornbear" for him while he runs "A Time for Heros" for you.
This makes 3 entries in the HM heros handbook.
Together with the 5 entries that every handbook already has this is 8 entries, wich is enough to give it to one of the NPCs for 3k Norn/Dwarven/Asura/Ebon -points.
Runnig all three missions takes under 15minutes if you dont suck making 12k pionts/hour.
And you can also take 6 leechers with you.
Or you can do "A Time for Heros" with H&H wich is even faster than 55hp but requires you to change your build and heros and henches. (you can do one mission a few times in a row and afterwards the others so you dont have to change your build that often.)
Pretty boring after a while but also pretty fast and handy as you can get points for all 4 titles.

You can also run it on any profession "X/Mo" style.
On an assassin, just use [Seeping Wound][Ear Bite][Protective Spirit][Healing Breeze][Mending][Essence Bond][Balthazar's Spirit][Shielding Hands] =]
Edit: Broken code is broken.
Oh well, you get the idea.

Especially in the beginning when you need to keep the golem alive to open the door? or are you doing the dungeon?

Well you need 1 hero for G.O.L.E.M
When you enter you have to hug the right wall to dont trigger the destroyer spawns to early.
If you do so the destroyers will only spawn after your at the other side of the bridge, and if you run up the hill fast enough you can agro and tank all the destroyers before they rech the golems.
Now you can tank them and wait for the golems to heat up and than.
when they are heated you send your hero/friend/henchmen/client to the green quest marker to spawn the destroyer bosses.
Now sliver them to death and your done.
Or you can just take some heros/henchies with healing builds to tank the left side for you.
But tanking the destroyers got much harder since the 100Blades buff so bringing a shild with armor vs. slashing dmg (was it slashing?) and heal is adviseable.

I always just loaded up my discord heros and went ctrl+1,2,3,4...takes ~10 mins in HM.
