Trying to buy from NCsoft store

I wanted to create a new account so I did. Tried to buy a Prohecies Game of the Year CD key but I got this
"As a security measure we limit individual online serial code purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. If you have further questions please visit this Support Center article Online Code Purchase Limits."

What is wrong? I'm using a Visa Gift Card that I recieved as a gift so I'm sure it should work right? I've Registered it and everything. What could be wrong?

I have gotten that message before. It's annoying.

You need to wait a while and it will work later. By later, I mean about a month later. It is faster to order a brand new, unopened copy of the game from Amazon.com and have it sent to you. This is assuming that you are not near a store that sells it. If you are, then it is faster to just purchase it from the store.

Just buy it from the analogue game store. You know that shop in a stone building with real people in it? You even get a CD and manual with the purchase.
