PC help celestial staff r9divine favor

Can anyone tell me what I should be selling this for.

Insightful celestial staff (non-insc.)
halves skill recharge 20%
energy+10
fire damage 11-22 (req 9 divine favor)
halves casting time 10%
Energy +5

( I still have to throw a suffix mod on, just haven't gotten around to it.)

Sold mine a few months ago for 100k+10e. Saw another one go for +5e I think.
