Expeienced player looking for a home

I'm 19 years of age, been playing this game for around 2 years? 31 months to be exact .
I play my assassin mainly now, but I also have a 20 warrior and a 20 monk.

What I'm looking for :
-Please be active. I don't care if you have over 400 players, if you're not active I really would rather keep looking. Actually this is probably the biggest part. If you're a smaller, but experienced, warming guild, I want ya .
-Ventrilo would be awesome! I have my own server with 100 slots if needed, but I'd like to be able to chat and build a bond with my fellow guildies.
-Speak english, please. I can speak a little german, but not fluently.
-Don't be complete arses, I have questions just like you all might at some point.. Be helpful to me and I'll return the favor.

What I'm NOT looking for :
-Whiney kids
-Beggers. (Yeah, I'll help you out with gold if you need it occasionally but I'm not going to sit here and provide your whole set of elite luxon armor (thanks old guild) ).
-A guild that doesn't talk. I like communicating
